Mary Celeste 10/10

Mary Celeste was someone that a lot of local people told me that I really should work with, and it was a great shoot, as advertised. I am always so incredibly happy when a model can provide a great location, and this was a classic place. Old barn (with way too much "stuff" inside, decaying unused equipment, totally private setting...hats off to Mary Celeste. Oh, and she's beautiful and sweet...isn't it obvious?

Alexandria Adair 10/10

Alexandria is from Harrisburg, PA and we walked around some places and shot one Sunday in October. We had an immediate creative rapport, she adapted to locations and was consistently sharing her inner "self". Nice day...really committed model...great shoot.

I would have had more pics to post but this entire shoot began and ended in about 5 minutes. We scouted...we hung around the location and observed for a while and continued to see a TOTALLY dead intersection. Luzia got in position and I started shooting. By around the 5th frame a police car whipped around a nearby corner, immediately followed by two more. They wedged us in on the sidewalk and detained us for about 20 minutes...constantly threatening us with imminent arrest. The only time I almost laughed out loud was when one of the cops said "You have to always remember...THE CITY NEVER SLEEPS"! I mean...Frederick, MD at 3:00AM? Really? Except for THEM...the city was asleep. Thank goodness that Luzia is the sweetest person on earth...I let her do the talking and soon we were let go (and followed wherever we drove)...but I got the picture we wanted!

A first-time model and a super sweet girl...Jen caught my attention by working at a wine bar that I frequent. I finally got her to shoot with me and we had a great morning.

Stephanie Anne Landers 9/10

Stephanie Anne was here in Baltimore to participate in my workshop...and two days later we had the opportunity to shoot. We shot at a beautiful desolate location and she filled it with her expressive presence. She is always totally committed to making beautiful work...and never disappoints.
